As the proud owner of this food van, Tania embarked on this journey in 2021, leaving behind years in the hospitality industry for a new adventure. Over the past three years, Mumma T’s Steak Van has had the incredible opportunity to cater to various markets and festivals across South Australia, but our fondest memory was the Curdimurka Outback Ball in Marree. It was there that we not only witnessed the mesmerising performance of our favourite country singer, Adam Brand, but also had the fortune of capturing a photo with him alongside our beloved food van!
